Website Designer Plan Agreement 20-page Silver Website Plan By clicking the "Submit" button, I (the Client) agree to the terms of this web development agreement on behalf of my organization or business. I'm engaging WebDesignerLive.com for the specific project of developing/redeveloping my Web Site as detailed here. I also authorize WebDesignerLive.com to publicize my completed Web site to Web search engines, Web directories and indexes. Website Pages. This is the 20-page Silver Website Plan. Plan price is $2398. Client agrees to pay a 50% deposit of $1199 before work on this website will begin. Client agrees to provide all material (content, text, images, etc.) for the website to WebDesignerLive.com within 30 days from the date of this Agreement. Client also agrees to pay the remaining 50% balance of $1199 within 30 days from the date of this Agreement. WebDesignerLive.com will work expeditiously to complete Client's website in a timely manner. Client understands that this can not be accomplished without providing all necessary content for Client's website to WebDesignerLive.com with the 30-day timeframe. This plan will provide Client with a 20-page website. Included is a selection of Silver web site features: 20 Web Pages Free Premium Design Template ($500 Value) Free Domain Name Custom Navigation Links 1 Premium Photo Gallery - 50 images ($700 Value) 10 Premium Webmail Accounts (1000MB - $199 Value) Contact Form Free Logo Design ($299 Value) Free Search Engine Optimization for 20 Pages ($699 Value) Free Google Sitemap ($199 value) Free Privacy Policy Page Free Terms & Conditions Page Personal Webmaster Free Banner Ad on Homebuilders.me (up to $1800 value) Completion Date. Client's initial web site will be viewable on a test server within 2-7 days, where only the Client and WebDesignerLive.com can see it, as the website is being developed. WebDesignerLive.com and the Client will work together to complete Client's website in a timely fashion. WebDesignerLive.com will be adding content, images, etc. provided by Client. This website can be completed in less than 30 days, if the Client provides all necessary content prior to 30 days. Client agrees to work expeditiously with WebDesignerLive.com in providing necessary text, images, and other content to complete the project in less than 30 days. Payment of Fees and Expenses. Prior to commencing work on Client's web site, a 50% deposit of $1199 will be remitted by Client to WebDesignerLive.com. Prior to publishing Client's website to Client's domain name, or 30 days from the date of this Agreement, whichever comes first, Client will pay the 50% balance due of $1199 to WebDesignerLive.com. In other words, the balance due must be paid within 30 days from date of this Agreement. Balance payments not received within 7 days from the due date will incur a 5% monthly charge payable to WebDesignerLive.com. Payments will be made via company check, money order, or wire transfer. In the event a client's check is returned by the bank for insufficient funds, a $50 per-check fee will be incurred by the client, payable to WebDesignerLive.com. Copyright to Web Pages. Copyright to the Web pages produced by WebDesignerLive.com is owned by the Client. Client's web site files will be made available to the Client at anytime while Client's website is live on the Internet, and Client's account is paid in full. Copyright to Domain Names. This website plan includes a free domain name for the first year, unless purchased/registered already by Client. Copyright to any domain names purchased on behalf of Client by WebDesignerLive.com belong to Client. However, client's account must be paid in full before transfer of ownership from WebDesignerLive.com to Client will be made. In the case where client already owns the domain name, client is solely responsible for registration of domain name during renewal periods. Hosting. Client's web site will be hosted on an account provided by Client. If Client does not have a hosting account, WebDesignerLive.com will set one up for you at your request. The cost for hosting is just $263.76 annually ($21.98 monthly rate). Client understands that to keep a website live on the Internet, annual hosting fees must be paid. If client maintains the hosting account, Client is solely responsible for ensuring the hosting account used is renewed each year to the hosting company. If WebDesignerLive.com maintains the hosting account, WebDesignerLive.com is solely responsible for ensuring the hosting account used is renewed each year, and Client is solely responsible for annual hosting payment of $263.76 to WebDesignerLive.com. Maintenance. Why not let the experts handle your website updates? WebDesignerLive.com offers one of the lowest hourly rates for web work available anywhere! Flat Hourly Maintenance Rate - $45 (minimum 1 hour per update). After Client's web site is published live on the Internet, Client may need changes and updates (edits) to his/her website. For example, Client may need additional images and content added to the site, or present an image to offer a promotion, etc. Client may contact WebDesignerLive.com with Client's updates in order to receive a quote for the additional work. Client can contact WebDesignerLive.com in several ways: - Complete the Change Request Form on WebDesignerLive.com, or - Send WebDesignerLive.com an email with desired changes (please be specific as to which page/s need changes), or - Emergency changes - call at 828-283-3510 (Monday - Saturday, 10am - 6pm EST) - Send content via regular mail to: 66 Substation Road, Canton, NC 28716 ---------------- Search Engine Optimization. The agreement contained in this contract constitutes the sole agreement between WebDesignerLive.com and the Client regarding the project outlined herein. Refund Policy. If the WebDesignerLive.com halts work on Client's website, or if Client requests a refund within 7 days from date of signing this agreement, Client will be refunded full amount paid, less $559 processing fee. This fee helps WebDesignerLive.com recoup the cost of web template purchase, domain names, hosting accounts, and any webwork accomplished prior to refund request. Client and WebDesignerLive.com agree that no refunds will be issued after 7 days from signing this Agreement. Commitment from WebDesignerLive.com. WebDesignerLive.com will work to develop a professional web site for the Client and will ensure the initial publishing is viewable on a test server on the Internet within 2-7 days of deposit payment receipt. Of course, Client and WebDesignerLive.com will work together to tweak Client's web site to perfection over the following days. Client should provide desired content, or instructions on where to find the content for the web site to WebDesignerLive.com in a timely manner. By "timely manner", Client agrees that all necessary content for the website will be received by WebDesignerLive.com within 30 days from the date on the Agreement, the time in which the balance on the account is due. When Client's web site is complete, it will be published to the domain name chosen by Client. By entering the initials to my name and clicking the "Agree" button below, I, the Client am providing my signature and agree to the terms of this Agreement. A copy of this Agreement will be sent to the Client.
